About us

Why Milestone Advisory

What sets us apart

Sector expertise

We specialise in marketing, communications, technology, data and high-growth businesses, giving us a deep understanding of how these companies grow, scale, attract investment and transact.

Operator perspective

Our partners have all built and run businesses themselves. That means our advice is grounded in first-hand experience of leading teams, managing cash, making commercial decisions and navigating the realities of growth.

Strategic and CFO-level advice

We combine board-level strategic guidance with commercial and financial discipline. From growth planning and valuation to capital strategy and transaction readiness, we help founders understand both the strategic opportunity and the financial implications of each decision.

UK and US market experience

With experience across both UK and US markets, we help founders understand how different buyer, investor and growth dynamics may influence their options, positioning and future value.

Transaction insight

Having advised founders, investors and acquirers across numerous transactions, we understand what drives value, what creates concern and what buyers and investors are really looking for.

Practical outcomes

Our work is focused on clear decisions, prioritised actions and measurable value creation, not theoretical advice or generic strategy.

Our team

The people behind Milestone

Our partners have built, run and sold businesses themselves. That operator experience is what founders draw on at every milestone.
