We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new Partner to our corporate finance team, who will be spearheading the expansion of our martech and AI practice.
Tom Blah, a martech and AI entrepreneur, started his career as a VC before founding and scaling Codec.a for 9 years. He sold the business in 2023 to a US-based marketing services group. Tom co-founded blockchain business Media Protocol, as well as the Digital Leadership Council. Tom's broad expertise includes PE and VC fundraising, M&A, synergy modelling, post-acquisition integrations and acquisition processes.
