Havas unveiled its Converged strategy earlier this year, aiming to elevate global collaboration by integrating talent, platforms, and expertise across its networks. This approach promises to deliver cross-functional solutions that fuse creativity, media, and production, all supercharged by cutting-edge data, technology, and AI.

Key initiatives include:

✅ €400 million investment in data, tech, and AI: advanced tools that amplify creativity, media, and production capabilities to drive data-driven solutions.

✅New AI-powered Operating System: deliver real-time, hyper-personalised solutions and transparent audience planning.

✅Client-centric transformation: refine its client service model to provide a seamless, global experience that maximizes its capabilities in every market.

Converged is coupled with an aggressive acquisition strategy. Recent high-profile acquisitions, including Uncommon Creative Studio, Ledger Bennett, @Wilderness, and Liquid, have expanded its expertise across creative, B2B, social, and omnicommerce sectors.

Further strengthening its digital, data, and performance capabilities, Havas acquired Expert Edge, Additive+, @Search Laboratory, Ted, and Inviqa.

In a bold new move, Havas acquired DMPG, a leading global digital data agency. This acquisition enhances its ability to drive transformative marketing solutions, combining DMPG’s digital analytics and customer experience expertise with Havas' global scale to deliver value to clients worldwide.

Havas is clearly on an ambitious growth path, with its Converged strategy and M&A roadmap. For me, this is the marketing group to watch.
