> Milestone Advisory is a boutique UK M&A and growth advisory firm for founders in marketing, creative, technology and data. We help owners grow, buy, sell and raise capital, combining board-level strategy with hands-on deal execution across UK and US markets.

## Who we are

Milestone Advisory Limited is a partner-led firm founded by Miles Welch, who ran and scaled Digitas London before spending over nine years in M&A boutiques (Results International, then Waypoint Partners). Angela Lurssen, Director, leads origination and buyer outreach. Paul Kingsley, Partner, leads finance and valuation and was formerly CFO of UNiDAYS. Our advisory bench includes Martin Adams, Vanessa Cartwright, Rob Blencowe and Bethan Vincent. We are independent and partner-led: our advice is grounded in first-hand operator experience, not theory.

We build depth in four sectors:

- **RevOps agencies.** Firms that help B2B organisations generate, manage, convert, retain and expand revenue. An early-mover white space, still un-tracked as a discrete M&A category.
- **B2B technology marketing agencies (including ABM).** Agencies that help technology businesses define, communicate and commercialise complex propositions across the go-to-market.
- **Content marketing agencies.** Agencies that use content, editorial and search to build authority and convert expertise into pipeline for B2B, technology and high-consideration brands.
- **Performance marketing agencies.** Agencies that acquire, convert, retain and grow customers through measurable channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO.

Across all four sectors, recurring retained revenue is the single biggest valuation lever, and client concentration is the biggest value killer.

- Milestone advised Bright Innovation on its strategic combination with Talan UK (completed January 2026).
- Milestone advised Connective3 on its acquisition of creative content agency, Powerhouse Studios.
- Milestone advised Re:signal on its acquisition of digital PR specialist Root Digital (announced December 2025).
- Milestone acted as strategic M&A adviser to Benchmark Group on the sale of NSE (National Student Esports) to Esports Global Fund.
- Milestone supported Bohr on its strategic growth investment from Hartree Partners.
- Milestone advised on the sale of Yodel Mobile, App Marketing Agency of the Year, to NP Digital.
- Milestone supported The PHA Group on its acquisitions of MCG and of Red Hot Penny.
- Milestone acted as strategic advisor to Radfield Home Care on its sale to Synergy Home Care.
